- Airport charges
- Handling, landing and parking at both ends, and terminal access for you and anyone seeing you off.
- Baggage

- Pets
- Dogs and cats travel in the cabin. No hold, no crate, no extra charge.
- Not included
- Ground transport at either end, catering beyond soft drinks, and winter de-icing, charged at cost with the invoice shown to you.
What can change, and what we do about it
Availability. Until we confirm, the flight is not booked. We answer within two hours.
Night departures. Le Bourget bans jet departures between 22:15 and 06:00 for noise. Arrivals are unrestricted, so a late arrival into Paris is fine; a late departure from Paris is not.
The aircraft. We name the type at confirmation. If it becomes unavailable we substitute an equivalent or larger cabin at no extra cost, and tell you before we do it.
The time. Air traffic control can shift a departure by up to an hour, most often in July and August and around Grand Prix weekend. We call you.
The weather. If the flight cannot operate safely it does not operate. You choose between the next available slot and a full refund, paid the same day.
The price. Once paid it is fixed. No fuel surcharge, no peak supplement, no adjustment afterwards. Winter de-icing is the one exception and is charged at cost.
Cancelling. Free up to seven days before departure. Between seven days and 48 hours, half is refunded. Inside 48 hours the aircraft and crew are committed and nothing is refunded.
